Refund policy
In the case of order being Canceled Customer should inform the vender(JEWEL NINE) within 24 hours after placing the order for full refund. 45 hours cancellation 10% charge and 72 hours cancellation 25% charge will apply. It's customer's responsibility to order the right size of rings and bracelets and Chains/necklaces.
Occurrence of size issue can be solved within 15 days. If customer is not satisfied even then the product can be exchanged on customers expense including shipping and making charge. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Customer must inspect the product and inform JEWEL NINE within 24 hours of the delivery for any damaged, faulty or wrong delivered products.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Correct Shipping Address
Customer is fully responsible to provide correct shipping address, JEWEL NINE take no responsibility for any loss and damage in the case customer provided the wrong address at the time order was placed.
